New NUHA film highlights nordic collaboration

The Nordic University Hospital Alliance (NUHA) has released a new film, produced by Rigshospitalet, highlighting how five leading university hospitals in the Nordic capitals are joining forces to tackle some of healthcare’s greatest challenges.

With a shared population of 30 million people, NUHA represents a powerful platform for collaboration across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. The new film captures how the five hospitals combine world-class expertise, trust, and shared values to create faster access to treatments and better outcomes for patients across the region.

This week, NUHA’s vision for Nordic collaboration is also being highlighted at the EU Health Innovation Conference in Copenhagen (8–9 October 2025), where researchers, professionals, and policy experts from across Europe are discussing the future of health innovation and the role of the Nordic region in driving progress.
